Charles holds an MBA from UF. He was a construction manager and has run national branding & marketing campaigns for AT&T, Coca-Cola, and Home Depot. Recently, as the Director of the Capital Markets, he created and implemented an in-house table funding program for CRE under $5M.

Russell invest in multifamily properties for 5+ years. He is also a Principal at The Cornerstone Group, which is an active Debt Advisory firm with over 1B+ in secured financing on Commercial and Multifamily portfolios. Russell is an avid investor in multifamily and personally invests in every property that he puts under contract.
Biff Ramsey
Biff has 17 years of multifamily housing experience, centered in student housing.
He has worked with development groups who have marketed, sold, delivered, operated, and disposed $1B+. He’s also directly and indirectly operated and managed many thousands of student beds across the country over the years

Bradley was a Navy pilot for 14 years. Coming from the United States Naval Academy his background is critical in producing lean systems for our team. Bradley has an MBA from UF. Bradley has over 4 years of multifamily experience, and owns and operates an ADU company “TinyHomeGeniuses” with his wife Jill.
Beth Underhill
Beth comes to MTN after 23 years in construction, hospitality, and home renovations. She has been an entrepreneur most of her
life, mastering the finance, marketing and client relations needed to successfully run small business. Beth has redeveloped over $5mm in single family homes, is Co-GP on over 500 multifamily units and has international
hotel investments in Panama and the Bahamas.
Michael Ugarte
Over a 23-year career in real estate, South Florida industry leader Michael Ugarte has had a direct stake in the acquisition, development, and disposition of more than $415 million of commercial and residential real estate properties. Michael is also a co-founder of the Fernandez Ugarte Group, a top-producing real estate team that works closely with investors, builders, and developers to locate and revitalize investment opportunities.
Judith Fernandez
Judith has degrees in marketing, interior design, and architecture—along with her 20 years of experience. Judith has led and managed multiple start-ups to unprecedented growth, co-founded the Fernandez Ugarte Group, coached and mentored agents and customers, and helped countless clients identify the best opportunities to satisfy all their real estate and commercial investment needs.
Gian Franco
With more than 18 years of business management experience, Gian Franco has spent the last decade managing more than 350 properties. He also launched his own firm in 2015 and has purchased, remodeled, and sold a $10 million portfolio composed of more than 80 properties. Gian Franco's extensive experience, combined with that of his two co-founders, has made Brightstone Ventures an impressive newcomer to the South Florida real estate scene
